Welcome to the Verisian Handbook. Here we describe what we do, how we work and how we plan to fulfil our mission. The handbook should be seen as a living organism that describes our company’s culture and will change as we change. If you feel something is missing or needs updating, we encourage you to so!

Please note, the handbook is public (except for a few pages) for the world to see. It’s been made public for two reasons:

1. Our customers entrust us with work that is critical to their business — we therefore try to build trust by being as open as we can
2. To show new recruitment candidates what to expect about life at Verisian
